As a Senior Benefits Consultant at Plombon Insurance, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and advice to our clients in the area of employee benefits. Senior Benefits Consultant - Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their specific employee benefits needs and objectives.
Benefits Analysis: Evaluate existing benefit plans and conduct in-depth analysis to identify areas for improvement, cost-efficiency, and compliance.
Plan Design and Recommendations: Develop customized benefit plan recommendations tailored to each client's requirements, taking into consideration current industry trends and compliance standards.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide informed recommendations and strategies.
Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with benefit providers and insurance carriers, negotiating terms, rates, and agreements to secure optimal benefits for clients.
Compliance and Regulatory Expertise: Stay current on federal and state regulations related to employee benefits, ensuring clients are in compliance at all times.
Employee Education: Develop and deliver employee education programs to ensure that clients' employees understand and appreciate their benefits packages.
Reporting and Analytics: Generate comprehensive reports and analytics to demonstrate the value and performance of benefit programs to clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in benefits consulting or a related field.
Industry certifications such as CEBS, CBP, or equivalent are a plus.
Strong knowledge of employee benefits regulations, compliance, and best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
