    • Investigate and resolve client complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
    • Escalate complex or unresolved problems to the appropriate department for further resolution.
    • Provide clients with alternative solutions or options when needed.
    5. Product Knowledge:
    • Stay updated on insurance industry trends, company policies, and coverage options.
    • Continuously expand your knowledge of insurance products and services.
    • Educate clients on available insurance options that meet their specific needs.
    6. Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
    • Assist in processing payments and billing inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
