Administrative Assistant - Key Responsibilities:

  2. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for the team members.
  3. Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
  4. Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  5. Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  6. Coordinate meetings and events, including room reservations, catering, and equipment setup.
  7. Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks.
  8. Order and maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked.
  9. Support the team with various tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher is a plus).
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus but not required
