Job Overview:

The Account Manager at Plombon Insurance will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding our client relationships, while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. In this client facing role, you will also identify opportunities to cross sell and up sell insurance products, contributing to the agency's growth and success.

Account Manager - Key Responsibilities:

    • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and serve as their primary point of contact for insurance related matters.
    • Proactively assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage adjustments.
    • Ensure clients receive prompt and exceptional service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  2. Policy Renewals and Maintenance:
    • Coordinate and manage the renewal process, ensuring clients are informed and prepared for policy renewals.
    • Monitor policy changes, endorsements, and updates, and communicate them to clients as necessary.
  3. Sales and Upselling:
    • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities by understanding clients' evolving needs.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to offer additional insurance products that enhance clients' coverage.
  4. Risk Assessment and Analysis:
    • Evaluate clients' risk profiles and make recommendations to mitigate potential risks.
    • Stay updated on insurance industry trends and changes to provide informed guidance.
  5. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up to date client records, policies, and documentation.
    • Prepare reports on account status, sales, and client satisfaction as required.
  6. Compliance and Regulations:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in account management or a related role within the insurance industry.
